This wonderful event, showcases what New Orleans is famous for… eating and drinking. This has become one of the most celebrated culinary events in the nation. Foodies come from all over the world to participate in the wonderful and fun event.
Dozens of restaurants and hundreds of wineries participate each year. And for an entire week New Orleans becomes a fabulous wine and food mecca. What can you expect to find here are various menus featuring local and regional flavors. Along with that you’ll find our famous chefs creating innovative new dishes inspired by our diverse cuisines the city is famous for.
If you want to enjoy culinary experiences like no other this is the place to be. And even though the event caters to connoisseurs and gourmands regular people like you and me are all welcome to join in the fun and fabulous food and drink.
Proceeds from the festival go back into the community to help make New Orleans a better place to live. The event usually occurs in the second week of June each year.
